Communication Abuse:
This is a self-sustained platform. If you misuse our support system, including tickets or live chat, by submitting unnecessary requests or complaints, your account may be disabled. Contact us only for legitimate issues related to the platform or services.
Compliance with Laws:
We operate in accordance with international laws and regulations. Do not sign up if you intend to breach any rules or regulations, as we regularly check for compliance. Any violation will result in immediate termination.
Service Configuration:
If you subscribe to a fully managed package, we provide custom configurations for PHP/MySQL, firewall setups for dedicated IPs, DNS, and server configurations.
Support:
We do not offer emergency support, phone support, or live chat for technical issues. Support requests may take time to be resolved and should be made through the appropriate ticketing system.
Webmaster Assistance:
We do not assist with coding, script installations, or webmaster-related difficulties. However, if an issue is related to server configuration or a missing library, we will try to help if it’s possible on our end.
Backups:
We may maintain backups, but you are fully responsible for your own data. We are not liable for any data loss or recovery.
Prohibited Activities:
- No Child Pornography: Any account found hosting or sharing child pornography will be terminated immediately.
- No Spam or Mass Mailing: Sites involved in spam, mass mail programs, or related activities are strictly forbidden.
- No Harassing or Phishing Material: We do not tolerate harassing or phishing content.
- No Exploits or Hacking: Running exploitation scripts or hacking attempts will result in immediate account termination.
- No Malicious Botnets or Malware: Trojans, viruses, and malicious bots are strictly prohibited.
Account Termination:
If we find anyone attempting to exploit the platform, we will terminate the account to protect other users. This includes resource abuse, cronjob abuse, and running illegal scripts.
Refunds:
There are no refunds or credits for service interruptions due to violations of our terms. Payments made are non-refundable once the deposit is complete.
Content Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our services or products. All services are provided "as is," without warranty. We are not responsible for any damages or losses.
Warranty Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee that our services will be compatible with all third-party plugins, modules, or web browsers. Compatibility should be tested on our demo server.
Unauthorized Usage:
You may not use Crypto Stack for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes promoting violence, terrorism, racism, or obscene content. Unauthorized use may result in account termination.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Payment and Refund Policy:
All payments made are final, and no refunds will be provided once a deposit is made. If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.
Free Balance/Coupon Policy:
We offer promotional balances and coupons at our discretion. Abuse of these offers may result in the deduction of funds from your account or account suspension. If your balance goes negative, your account will be suspended until the balance is settled.
